INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups kale, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
