Refreshing and green – what’s not to like – with this morning smoothie: Refreshing Green Morning Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 8–10 oz. water
  • 1/2 fresh lime (leave a little peel on the lime)
  • 1 inch grated fresh ginger
  • 1 handful fresh greens (e.g., spinach, kale, field greens)
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in blender with ice (as desired).

Blend until creamy.
