Planet Fitness, LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness were recently named to Newsweek's "America’s Best Customer Service 2019" list. For the rankings, Newsweek partnered with research firm Statista to compile 132,954 evaluations from 20,000 consumers between 2016 and 2019.
