“My first love was traditional Hawaiian hula and Tahitian dance, dancing professionally with Maui’s award-winning Old Lahaina Lu’au. I loved the combination of balance and flexibility required on stage. Seeking to learn more about movement, fitness, strength, and connection, I became a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. I have been on this path now for 4 years.

I am eager to meet the ZenRock community and bring my unique approach to fitness here. I hope to help you meet your fitness goals – from building a stronger core to increasing your endurance – and support you in defining new goals as you begin to feel stronger, more confident, and ready to take on new challenges. Let’s grow together in balance, flexibility, and strength while harnessing the strength within you.”
